Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely pack it in its original eco-friendly packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked service to send the package back to our workshop in Kent, United Kingdom.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
